Ukrainian legislation does not prohibit the purchase and sale of cannabis seeds. Cannabis seeds are not on the list of banned drugs in Ukraine. Therefore, buying them in an online store, the buyer does not violate the law in any way. It is noteworthy that this applies to all seeds without exception - even the elite varieties, which are used primarily for marijuana. All cannabis seeds of any variety do not contain any illegal substances.
